Sydney Information
The oldest, largest and (some say)
most beautiful city in Australia is memorable for far more than
its famous landmarks. Created around one of the world's most dazzling
harbours, there's no doubt that the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera
House deserve their dues; but lets not forget the city's first class
restaurants, fresh seafood, sparkling beaches and fantastic shopping.
What to do?
Bondi Beach
Bondi, home of Australia's oldest Life Saving Club, is popular with
the locals who participate in a wealth of activities that include
beach volleyball, surfing, jogging, skateboarding on the ramp, roller
blading and power walking.
Darling Harbour
Located just minutes from central Sydney is one of the world's great
waterfront destinations, Darling Harbour. It is home to an exciting
range of attractions, hotels, restaurants and shops. Attractions
include the Sydney Aquarium, The Australian National Maritime Museum
and the Panasonic Imax Theatre just to name a few. |

Taronga Zoo
Located just 12 minutes from the city by ferry, across the world's most spectacular harbour, award winning Taronga Zoo is a Sydney experience not to be missed.
At the Zoo you can enjoy...
- Close encounters with Australian wildlife in the Street's Creatures of the Wollemi exhibit
- The amazing Free Flight Bird Show held in the Zoo's amphitheatre overlooking Sydney Harbour
- The inclusive Sky Safari ride which offers panoramic Books of Sydney Harbour as well as Taronga's animals
- Special photo sessions with our Koalas from 11.00am till 3.00pm
- Keeper talks, animal shows and feedings throughout the day
- Over 2000 rare and endangered animals including Western Lowland Gorillas, Sumatran Tigers, Kodiak Bears, Giraffes, Chimpanzees and many more.
