Alphonse Island Resort
Villas Arqueologicas Coba is one of five identical hotels originally built by Mexico’s government to stimulate tourism to archaeological zones. This hotel is built in a traditional colonial style with an interior courtyard surrounded by three wings of rooms and a fourth wing housing the reception area, lobby, restaurant and bar. The courtyard is nicely landscaped and has a large pool with chairs and table service. Standard rooms contain an oversized double bed (almost a queen size), private bath with tile shower, air-conditioning, security safe, writing desk and closet.
